A quick overview of every section in 'settings'.

The below video covers every section in the 'settings' tab that Owners and Admins have access to. Depending on your user role, you will have access to fewer sections in settings. Click here for more information on User Roles

Profile

  • This is where you set your username, contact details and can update your password.

Communication Preferences

  • This is where you can choose what email notifications you get from GymLeads

  • You can also receive push notifications on the GymLeads Companion App

Calendar

Company Account

  • This is where you can update the logo for the Front Desk Kiosk and your company title and branding.

Security Policy

  • This is where you can control your teams' password policies such as length, lockout number and times.

Email Domain

Tags

  • This is where you can see all the tags you have created plus create more. A more detailed article is found below.

Call Schedules

Regions

  • This is where you set up regions for reporting purposes. Regions are a great way for multi-location clubs to sort clubs on a state by state or country by country basis.

Custom Mail Merge Tags

  • This is where you create company-specific merge tags that can be customised on a location-by-location basis. More information is in the article below.

Automatic Reports

  • This is where you can see any scheduled reports you have set up and edit or delete them. More detailed information in the article below.

Lead Reallocations

  • This is where you can do a mass reallocation of leads from one user to one or more other users. This is needed before you can remove a user. More detailed articles are below.

Front Desk

  • This is where you set up your Front Desk Kiosk profile before you can use it on your tablet. More detailed information is in the article below.

Sales Targets

  • This is where you can set the company default targets. More detailed information is in the article below.

Lead Settings

  • This is where you can customise your lead settings - lead sources, heard about methods, lost reasons and lead goals. More detailed information is in the article below.

Sales Funnel

  • This is where you can customise the names of the four steps in the active sales pipeline. Though you may change the names of these steps, what triggers the system to move them through each step does not change. The system will automatically move the lead to the second step once you have had a successful call (meaning the lead picked up the phone rather than you left a message). The system will automatically move the lead to the third step when you have a successful appointment (meaning the lead showed up). The system does not move the lead to the fourth step automatically, you must choose when this happens.

  • Ignore, this is the legal basis that you/GymLeads can contact the lead on.
