You are able to set custom opening hours for each of your locations in GymLeads. Adding your opening hours allows you to easily share your staffed hours with your Leads via merge tags. Read on to learn how to add location hours and how to use them as a merge tag in your communications with Leads.
How to Add Location Hours:
Navigate to Settings > Locations
Select the location you wish to add opening hours to
Scroll down until you reach the "opening hours" section
Update your Monday to Friday Opening Hours; for example;
Monday-Thursday: 10am-7pm Friday: 8am-12pm OR
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmUpdate your Saturday & Sunday Opening Hours; for example;
Saturday: 7am-12pm, Sunday: 7am-9am OR
Saturday: 7am - 2pm, Sunday: ClosedPress the blue "Update Opening Hours" Button
Please note, that the format in which you enter your opening hours, will be the same format displayed in your email/sms content.
Tips & Tricks for using Opening Hours:
You can use the opening hours Merge Tags when communicating with your leads via email or SMS.
Use these Merge Tags from the "personalise" drop down menu to automatically populate your opening hours; you don't need to use both at the same time, you can you one or the other or both together!
