Sales Funnel
This is where you can customise the names of the four steps in the active sales pipeline. Though you may change the names of these steps, what triggers the system to move them through each step does not change. The system will automatically move the lead to the second step once you have had a successful call (meaning the lead picked up the phone rather than you left a message). The system will automatically move the lead to the third step when you have a successful appointment (meaning the lead showed up). The system does not move the lead to the fourth step automatically, you must choose when this happens.
