Describing the different outcomes for calls and appointments

CALL OUTCOMES

No answer OR Left a message

  • These outcomes will result in a calendar prompted you to schedule a follow-up call

  • They will be marked as a call on the activity report.

  • They count as call attempts in the Sales performance report

  • These DO NOT count towards contact targets

Not Interested

  • This will NOT prompt a follow-up call

  • This will NOT mark them as lost

  • It will count towards activity and targets

  • They are counted as a 'successful call'

Booked an Appointment

  • This will prompt appointment date and time to be set

  • This will count towards activity and targets

  • This will affect 'calls to appointments' numbers in the sales performance report

  • They are counted as a 'successful call'

Said they are still thinking

  • This outcome will result in a calendar prompting you to schedule a follow-up call

  • They will be marked as a call on the activity report.

  • They are counted as a 'successful call'

Something else

  • This will NOT prompt a follow-up call

  • It will count towards activity and targets (note: targets will only count 1 call per person, per day)

  • They are counted as a 'successful call'

Started a Trial

  • This will prompt you to pick a trial and trial start date

  • It will count towards activity and targets (note: targets will only count 1 call per person)

  • They are counted as a 'successful call'

  • It will put the lead into a trial on their details tab to start counting down

The signed up

  • This will prompt you to be a pick a membership option

  • It will count towards activity and targets (note: targets will only count 1 call per person)

  • They are counted as a 'successful call'

  • It will mark the lead as closed

APPOINTMENT OUTCOMES

Call outcomes for an appointment

They signed up

  • This will prompt you to be a pick a membership option

  • It will count towards activity and targets for presentations

  • They are counted as a 'successful appointment'

  • They are also counted as a 'successful presentation'

  • It will mark the lead as closed

Will think about it

  • This outcome will result in a calendar prompting you to schedule a follow-up

  • They are counted as a 'successful appointment'

  • They are also counted as a 'successful presentation'

  • It will display as a presentation in reporting and targets

Didn't show up

  • This outcome will result in a calendar prompting you to schedule a follow-up

  • They are counted as a 'successful appointment'

  • It will NOT display as a presentation in reporting and targets

Won't be joining

  • This outcome will result in the lead being marked as 'lost'

  • They are NOT counted as a 'successful appointment'

  • It will display as a presentation in reporting and targets.

Something else

  • They are counted as a 'successful appointment'

  • They are also counted as a 'successful presentation'

  • It will display as a presentation in reporting and targets

Started a trial

  • This outcome will result in you choosing a trial and trial start date

  • The lead will then be entered into a trial on their profile

  • They are counted as a 'successful appointment'

  • They are also counted as a 'successful presentation'

  • It will display as a presentation in reporting and targets.

They rescheduled

  • This outcome will result in a new appointment window to pop up

  • They are NOT counted as a "successful appointment"

  • It will NOT display as a presentation in reporting and targets
