Closed leads can be sent directly to your OneFitStop account to make setting them up as new members smoother. Before you set up integration you will need your API token for each OneFitStop location. 

Finding your API key

You can get this from their support team or find it in the account settings in the 'Front Desk Kiosk' URL. It is the value at the end of the URL after 'trid=' (So in the below example the API key would be 'MzYwMjk='.

Setting up Integration

  1. Go to Settings->Third Party Integrations->{Location}->Outgoing and click OneFitStop

2. Enter your API token and click 'Set up Integration'

3. You should see the integration highlighted blue. Repeat this for each location you want to setup.

4. Once you have setup the integrations, users will need to log out and log in before they see the new option.

Exporting a lead

To export a closed lead, simply click export and select the OneFitStop option. If your credentials were correct, the lead will be sent to the location as a new client.

Once you've exported the lead, you should see their details in your one OneFitStop account.
