Integrating your Booker software through GymLeads will allow you to export your closed leads information to Booker.
NOTE: You will need to contact [email protected] first to have your location added to Bookers access list - this way you can continue with the setup. This needs to be done per location.
Setting up Booker
Go to Settings in GymLeads, followed by third party integrations
Make sure you are on outgoing and click on booker
A window will pop up asking you to login to your booker
You will be asked to grant permission - Click grant permission
You will be taken back to GymLeads to click on your chosen location
Click Next
You are now CONNECTED
To Export to Booker
Go to a leads profile
Lead must be of a status of closed/lost
Click on Export
Choose booker out of the options to export
